We can create a custom schedule that fits your lifestyle, booking single or multiple workout sessions tailored to your goals and schedule. We’ll bring all the equipment necessary and we’ll come to your home, a park or a local gym. Want to make it a group event? Invite some friends and share the cost!
We’ll include helpful nutrition guidance to help you reach your goals faster, and our clients always get coaching, motivation and inspiration to keep them focused and on track!
PRIDE Boot Camp :: Personal Fitness Boot Camps
Do you prefer to mix some socializing in while you’re working out? Looking to meet other fitness enthusiasts in the Barrie area? How much would you love a fun, fast paced and dynamic way to reach your fitness goals?
Perfect for beginners yet still challenging for intermediate exercisers, boot camps brings small groups of fitness enthusiasts together to work up a sweat while having a good time. With little equipment needed, keep an eye on our upcoming events to find out where we’re holding our next fitness boot camp!
PRIDE Online :: Online Personal Training
Prefer to work out alone or do you want to take your workout on the road when you travel? No worries, we’ve got your covered there, too!
We offer a selection of pre-built online personal training programs for different fitness goals. Programs are typically 30 days, with an exercise plan emailed to you daily. We tailor our programs so you don’t need much equipment, but you can definitely buy anything you need from a local sporting goods or department store.
You’ll also get access to our exclusive Facebook support group, on-going coaching and some basic nutrition guidance to help you achieve your personal fitness goals!
